Our smart contracts implement concentrated liquidity AMM mechanics, enabling liquidity providers to define price ranges and achieve greater capital efficiency compared to traditional constant-product pools. Advanced routing algorithms distribute orders across multiple pools to reduce price impact on every trade.
Kodiak Finance also supports multi-hop routing, meaning trades between any two tokens are automatically directed through the most efficient path, even when a direct pool does not exist.
